Cleaning Checklist

KITCHEN 

• Clean, Sanitize and polish all work tops & surfaces.
•  Methodically clean outside & inside all kitchen cupboards and drawers. Disposing of all food stuffs i.e. herbs & spices, cereals etc
•  Full clean of taps and sink removing  all lime scale
•  Clean and Degrease all wall tiles and clean grouting
•  Professionally  Clean oven interior with eco friendly industrial strength oven cleaner, clean racks and trays and give polish finish
•  Clean interior and exterior of extractor fan removing all grease and polishing
• Defrost Freezer and clean also clean the refrigerator interior, shelves, racks and compartments removing food deposits.
• Clean exterior of all appliances including kettle, toaster.
• Clean microwave inside and out.
• Bin to be cleaned inside & out and polished
• Clean washing machine inside and out. Clean the door rubber. Clean remove all soap deposits from drawers and filters.
• Clean dishwasher including filter

BATHROOM

• Shower screen/glass de-scaled, cleaned and polished.
• Wall tiles cleaned and polished all lime scale removed, grouting cleaned and mould removed where possible
• Bath fully cleaned and sanitized, shower heads, mixer taps, shower glass, taps, basin, and towel rails de-scaled  cleaned and polished.
• Toilet to be de-scaled, and clean.
• Floors to be washed and sanitized.

GENERAL

Including Living Room/Family Room/the entire property
•  Dusting throughout, including: light fittings and shades, light switches, dado rails, skirting,  and banisters, curtain rails, wall pictures, mirrors, f and radiators, picture rails.
• All light furniture to be moved and carpets to be vacuumed & cleaned. Dust skirting boards behind furniture.
• Mattresses to be lifted and vacuumed under.
• All other floors cleaned according to their specification always with the  correct type of cleaning products, materials and equipment.
• All glass (furniture tops, mirrors, picture frames etc) to be cleaned with window cleaner.
• Windows to be cleaned internally. Windows sills to be wiped down.
• All doors and top of doors to be cleaned. Door handles to be polished.
• Drawers and shelves to be cleared of any rubbish (newspapers and magazines etc.
• Upholstery vacuumed, also cushions lifted and cleaned underneath.
• All wooden furniture wiped clear of dust and polished

BEDROOMS

• All bedroom  surfaces cleaned from top to bottom including polishing all furniture after it has been cleaned both inside and out this includes storage units, wardrobes and drawers
• Bedroom carpets vacuumed
• We provide all materials and equipment, we not charge for congestion, parking, materials or add VAT to the bill
• Cleaning of walls can be arranged, we do not clean ceilings
